We trek to bless.
We are a group of individuals who are dreamers by nature! Ordinary employees who dreamed to become entrepreneurs.
It was midsummer of 2019 when we all took IATA Foundation in Travel and Tourism; individuals hailing from different classes and walks of life but with one goal - to become competitive in the field of travel and tourism. As the saying goes "Your mind is the drawing-room for tomorrow's circumstances". To be successful, we have to do something that our future self will thank us for, and it's a decision we didn't regret.
As students back then, we only focused with ourselves, with no mindset of competition with everyone in the class, until for some reason we were all requested to sit on one specific time slot — that was 2 months before our final IATA exam, our exam preparation review — the nightmare of all nightmares.
It was never a requirement but we created a team, a team with a purpose — to share and to learn from each other's knowledge. No one was ever left behind, and everyone is obliged to help and support each other no matter what. Surprisingly, we all passed the IATA exam despite having our regular jobs, sleepless nights, and stress, like we said our exam preparation review is the nightmare of all nightmares. And on January 2020, by God's grace, we finally held in our hands our IATA diplomas.
Although we all got our certifications, it’s still not the end of our journey; it's the beginning of it. We all went back to our regular jobs, part-times and some took airport internships. So what's next? We all got our certificates? The internship was done. But what is next? We have no idea.
Until God, sovereign as He is, opened a door for us to meet again. He alone was the one who arranged our ever seemingly busy schedules and orchestrated our hearts to each one's desire. We are tired of being employees and want to be bosses of our own company, thus, WETREK2BLESS was born — the company of individuals who are passionate about travel and passion for serving God.
We want to win, for we are indeed winners. Winners are simply ex-losers who refused to quit. Despite tons of failed opportunities, we still pursued ourselves to dream of a better life and to serve our Almighty Living God more than we could ever think or imagined.
It may seem weird how we were able to put up our company with this pandemic going on. Well, it's not weird, it's patience in God's perfect time. We praise God for this pandemic for it molded our character, our friendship grew - we learned to trust each other, it helped us to be courageous, to cling on God's promises, and to trust God in His process.
So, this is a short story about our company and we are the CEOs of this company. Passion ignited.
