Dear Clients,

Our goal is to make flying safe and convenient for you. We understand that you may be feeling uneasy about traveling because of COVID-19, so we continue to explore how you can travel with flexibility and peace of mind. Some announcement to note:

1. FOR VISA CHANGE
- Border to Border is stopped for some days (until further notice)
- We are still booking for A2A (but only MUSCAT and SOHAR flight), Kuwait and Bahrain are closed. Kindly arrange your exits ahead of time.
- If you are uneasy travelling, we have inside the country change status too.

2. For those who has booking with me and wish to REFUND - pls bear with us. Will take time for REFUND but will definitely refund them. Most airlines will give in full refund if booking is eligible for full refund. I have sent tons of email to raise refund and called airline many times, but slow in responding. Restrictions are on the passengers and not on the flights, most flights are still operating as normal but has imposed strict restrictions on passengers. Talk to your employers and your family how you will go about your travel. Be safe.

3. For those who has booking with me and wish to REBOOK - it is free of charge if flights are affected due to Covid19.. However, rebooking may not be the best option if you intend to fly in the next 1-2 mos, as we are still unsure on the status of COVID 19 and there may be additional restrictions later on.

4. To all whether you are a traveler or not - lets pray for all nations of the world! Philippians 4:6-7 says "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God; and the PEACE of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Instead of panic and anxiety, lets all turn to Jesus the giver and the Prince of Peace.
