Steps:
1. One on one consultation with IRCC Consultant.

2. Submit CV/resume, Nursing license/ HS-College diploma, IELTS General Band 6, ECA etc.

(Release of Service Agreement with IRCC Consultant)

3. Look for employer (we already have a pool of employers)

Job offer receive LMIA Exempt

4. Apply for province nomination if employer wants to hire

5. If nominated, apply for work permit to fasten the arrival of applicant because PNP takes one to two years.

6. Use the nomination to apply for PR.

7. Applicant will arrive under work permit with OWP for spouse and tourist/student visa for kids.

8. While working, PR application is already in process.

Note: NB doesnt require LICO so we push the applicants with families larger than 2 in this province. We can keep single applicants and couples with no children in NS.
