• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market reach and client engagement.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
•Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance

•Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the Company
•Track long term sales data
•Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
•Maintain regular check-ins with the sales team and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
•Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
•Assist with the onboarding and training process of new sales representatives
•Identify, build, and manage additional non-CRM sales tools and systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration

We are seeking an experienced XML (API) Sales Manager to drive growth within our API/wholesale sector. This role involves managing key B2B clients, developing long-term partnerships, and enhancing API integrations across our diverse travel offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Management & Growth: Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale clients, building strong relationships to maximize sales and client satisfaction.
· Technical Coordination: Oversee daily technical performance of API clients, troubleshoot with API support teams, and ensure product visibility through regular mapping and quality checks.
· Sales Strategy: Design and implement growth strategies in collaboration with clients, ensuring year-over-year sales increases and achievement of set targets.
· API Connectivity Optimization: Work closely with Technical Account Managers to optimize client API connectivity, ensuring seamless integration and client success.
· Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, both within the existing client base and among prospective clients.
· Client Success: Act as the lead contact for key accounts, managing communications and working closely with internal teams to meet client needs and deadlines.
· Negotiation & Agreement Structuring: Negotiate with clients, establish performance metrics, and set timelines for deliverables to ensure alignment on expectations and results.
