At the end of 1973, it was the start of construction for Svenska Bostäders of all time, the largest housing project: Husby-Akalla on the Norra Järvafältet with almost 6,000 apartments for over 10,000 people. On behalf of the City of Stockholm, the company also built service houses for pensioners, as well as district centers with commercial premises, service and meeting rooms.

"The half time of 26000 years will not pose a serious risk since it's a very along time until it occurs. We will instead invest in 55 new parks. In case it there are any issues we have a new, 100% taxpayer financed, medical call center just nearby."
