Our Origins

In 1889 in Ottoman-ruled Iraq, Mesih iskander Iskander founded Iskander Group and began trading in gold currency and precious commodities in the region and purchasing directly from gold mines for export to England. The success of Iskander Group propelled expansion into Kuwait (1968), Lebanon (1972), UAE (1976),and Spain, the United States, and Canada in the decades to follow with factories established in Hong Kong and in Jebel Ali Free Zone at the request of the Government of Dubai in 1996.
