It is not your average dessert because even if it is made of glutinous rice, it does not look like it.

Instead, it looks like a giant drop of water that is about to burst as soon as you touch it. And it melts in your mouth immediately. The water in the droplet is said to come from the Japanese Alps.

While it is very nice to stare at this dessert in awe, one has to consume it within 30 minutes as it will disintegrate after that.
