Most know the legendary Marina Bay Sands swimming pool high above Singapore. But now there is a rooftop pool on the 77th floor at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai, which beats everything.

You are only allowed to step on the roof terrace of the Address Beach Resort from the age of 21. But when you get out of the elevator and step outside, you are speechless. You can see the huge Ferris wheel on Bluewaters Island, the breathtaking Palm Jumeirah with Atlantis at the top. Then the long beach in front of the Jumeirah Beach Residences, then the imposing skyscrapers of Dubai Marina, further in the distance the Burj al Arab and the World Islands. And in the distance the Burj Khalifa. In short, you can see everything.

And at the same time you can chill out on loungers in or by the pool or simply enjoy the view in the pool itself.
An incredible experience and an absolute must see in Dubai. That's what fascinates me about Dubai. The city is constantly changing and there are always new top attractions. And the hotel is something special just because of its architecture.

Dubai is currently absolutely trendy and with the Address Beach Resort in Dubai Marina there is now a new landmark building with what is probably the most spectacular view of the city - https://www.addresshotels.com/.../address-beach-resort/

Those who travel to Dubai for the first time usually want to visit Burj Khalifa on the viewing platform. But the view there can in no way compete with what you get on the 77th floor on the roof of the Address Beach Resort.

The building structure of the hotel is an attraction in itself - whether by day or by night (see picture). A huge bright lobby, in front of it spacious terraces with various sculptures on several levels down to the beach. The rooms then up to the 16th floor, then the residences. The gym is on the 75th floor and the huge infinity pool and the Asian Zeta restaurant are on the 77th floor.

The pool is for hotel guests only (minimum age 21). You can book Zeta restaurant with a minimum consumption of 1,000 AED (approx. 225 euros) and this amount has to be paid upon reservation.

The Address Beach Resort is now part of the must see list for every Dubai holiday.

Yesterday I flew again from Munich to Dubai in the Emirates First Class. At the airport in Munich you first get a 35 euro voucher due to the lounge closings.

A very spacious suite with lockable doors then awaits you on the plane. Ideal for keeping your distance from other travelers in Corona times.

The catering is always great. The very large screen is particularly nice when you want to watch a movie.

In Dubai a personal assistant is waiting for you right at the exit of the plane. Then you are usually brought to passport control in a buggy. While there are queues when checking the PCR test and also at passport control, as a First Class passenger you don't have any of this. 20 minutes after landing, I already had my luggage and was on my way to the taxi.

On the return flight you can then use the provisional First Class Lounge from Emirates. There you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte. Then the flight back again.

Dubai itself is pretty safe too. Almost all activities can be done outdoors with minimal risk of infection. In addition, everyone wears a mask away from the beach, pool and restaurants.
