RMCLC

RMCLC is the abbreviation of RAMIN MUKHTAR CONSTRUCTION & LOGISTIC COMPANY which is a Non -governmental and Non-political Company, the office just established to assist in the rehabilitation of Afghanistan and to secure the operation of relief and rehabilitation activities inside Afghanistan through direct co-operation with existing local residents, government authorities, Societies and donors.

Brief History of RMCLC

RMCLC was established in the 2011 which has full ability adequate capacity for cooperation, rehabilitation and reconstruction of Afghanistan, the company has good experience in the sectors of Road and building construction, Irrigation, Water supply, Production of Construction Material, Income Generation Shelter for Refugees and Road Construction. The company has well qualified staff in the above mentioned sectors. Objectives of RMCLC

RMCLC is established to meet the following objectives.
1. To identify relief and rehabilitation needs in Afghanistan.
2. To seek financial resources and implementation possibilities for the planned relief and rehabilitation projects in Afghanistan.
3. To convey donor’s assistance to Afghan community, entitled for implementation of any rehabilitation projects inside Afghanistan.
4. To facilitate the process of a smooth resettlement of returned Afghan refugees and settle them in their rural and urban communities.
5. To directly implement relief program and rehabilitate the economic and social infrastructure in the war-torn Afghanistan.
6. To workout plans for rural development in order to improve the living standard on community level in country.
7. To improve and accelerate the relief assistance to Afghan needy people through implementing useful projects by witch such needy population can contribute in the rehabilitation efforts.
8. By means of income generating projects HSECC tries to strengthen the income sources of poor Afghans. Sectors of activities:
• Construction and Reconstruction (All structures specially Gabion protection walls, Protection walls, retaining walls)
• Irrigation.(Intake Canal ,Siphon, Aqueduct )
• Water supply (Pipe Schemes) and sanitation
• Survey and design
• Income generation
• Micro hydro power systems
• Environment protection
• Supply and Transportation
• Buildings (School and Clinics)
• Roads such as Asphalt ,DBST and gravel road
• RCC bridges ,Suspension Bridges
• Service ,logistic and supplier of any kind of Materials

Executive Body & Personnel:
RMCLC shall create such posts and set up such bodies and working groups, as it deems necessary for the attainment of its objectives. A senior management team called the executive board assigns it, which is composed of Afghan members. The executive board is the ultimate and heights source of decision-making body of the company. The rest of staff is duty bound for their assigned responsibilities related to the activities of this company on due time. The executive board of HSECC is formed by the responsible of the following sectors:
