Welcome to Smooooth Access & Travel Services (SATS). My name is Dulcie Horsford-Watkins, the Sole Proprietor of this Concierge & Destination Management Company (DMC) Service.

I bring to the table over thirty (30) years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, with the knowledge of all aspects of event planning, from initial Meet & Greet at Arrival to Departure. My knowledge of our twin Island Nation is vast, and wide. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to have given personalized service to the ordinary traveler who wants to get up close and personal with the locals as well as Travelers who’s only wish is to relax and enjoy what our twin islands have to offer without disturbance.

It is my aim to use this venture to bring a fresh, innovative, relaxed but professional experience to the visitors of our shores.

I love meeting new people and enjoy what I have learnt from them over the years. From their different personalities to their various cultures and continents around the globe. Their likes and dislikes. As a result, I now bring to the table a greater appreciation and insight into what the New Traveler requires from our twin Island Nation in the sea and sun.

Offered is a solid base of information from which the customer can draw. Planning an event of any kind can be overwhelming. The old adage "the devil is in the details!" will definitely mean something to those who venture out on the town to plan an event. We offer the opportunity to enjoy a stress free and hassle free experience. We'll run alongside you through the event to ensure every detail is attended to.

Our Concierge Service will add that special and personal touch to our client’s experience whilst on island. It will also assist in the safety and well-being of our clients. This service is wide and varied with minor limitations, but is assured to make each and everyone who chooses to utilize it, feel special as a member of the SATS & DMC Family.

We also offer Transfers To and From the Airport. Feel free to indicate your preference of transportation; whether Shared or Private.
