Traveler’s first aid kit
When the travelling time comes, everyone packs their suitcases well in advance, however except for the bikini or hiking shoes you also need to think about the first aid kit. Whether you are going to hike or swim in warm see, here is a list of medicine that you can have with you... just in case :)
-Constantly used drugs
If there is a drug that you always use, never forget to put it in your bag on the first place and always take some extra, you never know what can happen, maybe you fall in love and stay longer :)
-Medicine for motion sickness
If you don’t feel well in the car or train or plain always keep a medicine for motion sickness. In Armenia it will cost you around $2-5 per pack.
-Cold medications
When you change the air (or “Օդ ես փոխում” in Armenia) you always have the fear of catching a cold. Well, if you are planning on having “party” type of holiday, the alcohol will not let you catch a cold, but if you want to have sober holiday keep it under your hand. Paying a dollar or so for it is worthy.
-Enzymes or means for treating diarrhea
If you like exploring new cuisines, tasting everything new and interesting, than this is something you want to have in your bag too. Paying only few dollars ($2-10) will save you from diarrhea or other unpleasant moments!!!
-Drugs for allergy and painkillers
If you have never suffered from allergy it is not a reason not to think about protecting yourself from irritating feeling of allergy (the price varies a lot depending on specification of the medicine here). While if you travel to dangerous places, actually in reality it doesn’t matter where you travel, you’d better secure yourself from headache, back ache or other things by getting painkillers for only $2-3 or more.
Are you travelling with kids? Yes? And your kids are very active?! Grab some iodine, adhesive plaster, gauze bandage; you will need it for sure :) And keep in mind, positive attitude will keep you away from all the above mentioned cases.
