Experience an evening in a totally different culture or ambiance by booking a table at .sxm in Marigot.

From the minute you walk in you feel like being in a a small piece of Morocco while being on a tropical island. Such a beautifully designed restaurant and table settings makes for a perfect experience.

The food, whether you choose for a Tajin or a couscous, is delicious and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We shared mixed salad platters as a starter and chose a few different dishes as main courses. All were packed with flavor!

They have belly dansers on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday to add to the experience!

We highly recommend adding this to your wishlist when visiting Sint Maarten/ Saint Martin.

If you are looking to BUY a beautiful villa in Sint Maarten this might be for you.

My parents are selling their house in a gated community on the plateau in Oyster Pond (Dutch side).
They built the house between 2010-2012 and everything is in perfect condition.

It’s a 4 bedroom - 4.5 bathroom villa with everything you might be looking for and incredible views over oyster pond and Tintamarre. Listed at 1,5m$.

When arriving at the property you will enter the gate where there is enough space to park 3 cars and where you will find 3 doors.
1 door going down to 2 studios with ensuite bathrooms and shared kitchen. Each studio has its own terrace.

1 door goes to a large laundry room / generator room.

The third door brings you to the main house. On the ground floor you will have a living room with open kitchen. A separated storage room with extra fridge and lots of cupboards.
The living room is very light due to all the large sliding doors going to the terrace with pool overlooking oyster pond.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also on the ground floor with sliding doors to the terrace and pool.
Behind a sliding door in the living room you will find stairs doing up to the fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has its own terrace.
