Today is World Rosé Wine Day 🍷 That's why we want to celebrate it!

In case you didn't know, rosé wine is made from red grapes that can be vinified like white grapes. The slight contact of the grape juice with the skins gently tints the wine, resulting in a very subtle pink color. At other times, the grape skins are left in contact with the juice for a few hours to give it a bit more color.

Bodega Andeluna
Construida en el año 2005, nuestra bodega respeta y realza la arquitectura y los materiales de la zona. Buscamos sumarnos al entorno sin alterar la mágica presencia de la montaña.
La bodega, tiene una capacidad cercana a 1.5 millones de litros en tanques de acero inoxidable, una cava subterránea con 1.000 barricas de roble y una estiba cercana a 1 millón de botellas. Contamos también con esferas de cerámica, ideales para llevar a cabo la fermentación de jugo de uva de variedades blancas y conservacion de vinos tintos. Para la guarda de nuestros vinos Premium incorporamos Fudres de Roble Francés de 2000 litros de capacidad y Anforas de barro.
El equipo enológico es la clave para culminar esta amalgama de suelo, tecnología, historia y la mano calificada y sensible de los seres humanos.

A tour that combines two of our favorite things, in the best place possible: Uco Valley. We start the day with an early visit to Atamisque Winery for tour and tasting. After that, we'll get into Tupungato Winelands, right next to the Andes, for a Horseback Ridding within vineyards at La Matera horse barn, follow by a regional lunch, paired with wines.
