The winter solstice also called the hibernal solstice indicate the longest night from the year and the shortest day light.
So today my solstice wish for you is to be able to find joy even in the little things, to find your true purpose in life and embrace that higher self, that light, that higher calling, and last but not least is to surround yourself with warm, authentic, kind people. And now a beautiful phrase of a good friend of mine that I've been once told, whom accompanied me since always:
"Sii luce e gli altri vedranno la via"....so be a light for yourself and the others will see the way".

Our beaches should be heavens for both humans and wildlife, but the amount of trash left behind is heartbreaking.
You already know I am a big defensor of it and love to take part of preserving our planet,so let's take responsibility for our actions!
Next Monday, August 7th we will be gathered on this beautiful beach for a day full of activities like yoga, mindful breathing and meditation at sunset, surf among others but most important for a nice cleaning.
Together we can make a difference 💙🙏.
