Emmett recently completed the development of the Regency Corner Business Park. Situated on one of Adelaide's most prominent intersections, the Regency Corner Business Park is now home to Mainfreight, Sydney Tools, Southcott Pty Ltd and MaxiPARTS. The $50million asset was leased by Leedwell Property's Steve Smith & Henry Treloar, then sold by Leedwell's Jamie Guerra & Andrew Zammit. Congratulations to the purchaser, MA Financial on securing this premium industrial asset.
This project demonstrates our expertise in industrial and logistics development where we have a number of new exciting projects underway.
Our industrial portfolio continues to grow with a number of projects underway and recently completed including M3 Logistics at Edinburgh Parks. This purpose built facility has a building area of 7250sqm and was custom built to the requirements of our client. Thank you to all project partners for another great project.
Emmett is proud to announce our third project for Greenleaves Early Learning. The centre will be licensed for 114 places, and sits in a high profile location at 597-603 Marion Road South Plympton.

Emmett is proud to announce our second project for Greenleaves Early Learning. This project at 398a Payneham Road Glynde has commenced construction and is due for completion in Q2 2022.
Construction has commenced at our Elizabeth convenience development on Main North Road, Elizabeth. Take a look at this video of the project.
This development in on an 11,000 sqm site and includes an Ampol branded AMPM Service Station with a carwash, a drive-thru Carls Jr restaurant and a drive-thru Café De Vili’s restaurant. It won’t be long until these businesses are trading on this high profile site. Its been great dealing with our anchor tenants and project partners and we are now looking for a tenant to join these groups on a 2,800sqm site within the development.
