The company’s directors Nick and Tom Emmett have been immersed in the industry from an early age and have thus honed the know-how and hands-on expertise to execute a vast array of projects. Benson Radiology opened its doors in June and offers private x-ray, ultrasound, CT, dental imaging, mammography, bone mineral densitometry and MRI services.

A true South Australian success story, it was a pleasure to design and construct a new state-of-the-art head office and warehouse for Haircare Group (formerly Haircare Australia).

The building caters to Haircare Group’s more than 100 employees and includes a semi-automated warehouse with wireless scanning and stock control.

This brand new facility in Hawthorn—developed and built by Emmett—opened to the public late last year. For more than a century, Crafter Health has been servicing the Adelaide community in one form or another.

The new state-of-the-art centre provides a high level of patient care. The facility also has a joint tenant in Heart & Vascular providing comprehensive cardiac services with the highest level of expertise.

Emmett recently completed the development of the Regency Corner Business Park. Situated on one of Adelaide's most prominent intersections, the Regency Corner Business Park is now home to Mainfreight, Sydney Tools, Southcott Pty Ltd and MaxiPARTS. The $50million asset was leased by Leedwell Property's Steve Smith & Henry Treloar, then sold by Leedwell's Jamie Guerra & Andrew Zammit. Congratulations to the purchaser, MA Financial on securing this premium industrial asset.

Construction has commenced at our Elizabeth convenience development on Main North Road, Elizabeth. Take a look at this video of the project.

This development in on an 11,000 sqm site and includes an Ampol branded AMPM Service Station with a carwash, a drive-thru Carls Jr restaurant and a drive-thru Café De Vili’s restaurant. It won’t be long until these businesses are trading on this high profile site. Its been great dealing with our anchor tenants and project partners and we are now looking for a tenant to join these groups on a 2,800sqm site within the development.
