The company’s directors Nick and Tom Emmett have been immersed in the industry from an early age and have thus honed the know-how and hands-on expertise to execute a vast array of projects. They actively pursue opportunities for themselves and also clients to achieve their project and investment ambitions, including sourcing property or land, setting up joint ventures and development agreements with landowners, and securing appropriate commitment and approvals. Naturally, they bring a definitive understanding of the market and a wealth of positive relationships developed across the sector. With their can-do approach to client challenges they act as the central point of contact for the entire project lifecycle. They are members of and active in peak industry bodies, including the Property Council of Australia (South Australian Division), Australian Institute of Company Directors and Master Builders Association. The business deliberately maintains a flat structure, undertakes a limited number of projects each year and employs the in-house capability and capacity to undertake projects from concept to completion. Emmett’s multi-disciplinary team has the capability to implement responsive solutions quickly when required, and includes development, construction, project management, safety and site management, backed by administrative support.
