the C*C Cruise Planner App is now available (and 2024 updated) on Google Play and the Apple Store for free download, including the performance schedules!

We are also happy to advise that the Choose Your Cruise app has been "white-listed" with Carnival Luminosa.
What does this mean? Well, there is a free Carnival Guest Wi-Fi which will allow you access to the Carnival App and now also the C*C Schedule App for any live schedule updates throughout the voyage. So you will not need to purchase an internet package to have the most up-to-date schedule within our C*C app during your sailing, you can view and connect to this free of charge onboard.

Please note* This option will give you connection access to the Carnival and C*C apps ONLY. If you wish for streaming, social media, email, and other internet capabilities - you will need to pay for one of the other optional add-on ($) Wi-Fi onboard packages.

Our development team has worked hard on this custom App that allows you to favorite your performances each day, and the app will send you notification reminders for upcoming shows you want to see across the cruise. There will also be the daily Fun Times Newsletter in your cabin for those who prefer a printed copy, but this digital solution is very popular with our passengers and super handy!

**CHOOSE YOUR CRUISE APP UPDATE**

Ahoy BRAVO 2024 Cruisers!
We are now only 18 days away from the return of the BRAVO Cruise of Performing Arts, a fantastic floating celebration of world-leading Artists, with over 35 entertainers, a full Orchestra plus many more exciting activities set to take over the Carnival Luminosa, for a music cruise experience like no other.

With regards to the official Choose Your Cruise App, available now in the Apple and Android App stores, is searchable by typing CHOOSE YOUR CRUISE for free download. This is a handy app to use onboard in favoriting your performances each day - which will also send push notifications reminding you e.g. "David Hobson Main Theatre starting in 15 minutes". It is an app we have built ourselves to give passengers a digital version of the schedule on board throughout the voyage for quick access. NOTE* You do not need internet onboard to use the app however if there are changes to the schedule (which can be subject to change) if you do not have an internet connection onboard, it will not auto-update the changes - you can still view each day with your Carnival FUNTIMES newsletter which will be in your room delivered daily in paper copy.

We are in the process of uploading the schedule which will come into view next week/the app will update to reflect the 2024 sailings, so for now don't fret it is showing 2023's voyages, as our developers will be switching it over to view this coming charter mid to late next week to view the BRAVO schedule.

Please NOTE* Your Carnival app is relative to your cruise planner and for pre-purchasing beverage packages etc. however it will not show the entertainment schedule, the CHOOSE YOUR CRUISE free app is your digital destination for how to view the schedule once live pre-cruise and onboard.

**CARNIVAL BOOKING NUMBERS**
Hello BRAVO 2024 Cruisers, everyone now have been distributed your Carnival booking numbers so you can do your Carnival onboard pre-checkin process, here are some important things we would like to clear up as we have had many calls in regards to these main points:

> We are advised there indeed WILL be shore excursions available for Airlie Beach, however, they are not available in the backend of the Carnival booking system as of today. These options are being updated and confirmed by Carnival due to the port changes, however again there WILL be excursions available and will be in the system prior to sail, albeit not at present.
> For anyone who has not received their number, please check your spam and junk folders, as it is an automatic booking system sometimes your email provider/server can flag it as junk/spam [a way to remedy this also is to click our incoming email address as a trusted email and/or add it to your contacts address book for your email account].

> Date formatting, it is stated in the email, but the format for DOB and Sail Date is MM/DD/YEAR, meaning your departure date of 16/10/2024 needs to actually be inputted in as 10/16/2024, and if your date of birth is 26/01/1959, you put it in as 01/26/1959. This can be confusing as the system is using the American MM/DD/YEAR way as opposed to in Australia how we put the date first then month then year. This is not something that can be changed unfortunately being the Carnival website this is a worldwide setting.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time with the port of call changes, as you can imagine there has and is many moving parts behind the scenes and C*C/Carnival also extends our apologies for any delays that have been caused with getting the numbers from Carnival out to all booked guests.
