Our cleaners must curse our Oh-so plush & lush carpet at Badger House that shows every step we take, every move we make …but they treat it like a canvas and create amazing vac-track art after every stay. This is our smallest bedroom, the Queen Room featuring a Hugo Boss doona cover, Tommy Hilfiger scatters, a Temple & Webster upholstered bedhead with USB recharging ports, beautifully ironed silky soft Luxe Bamboo sheets, and a Temple & Webster entertainment unit or luggage bench, Bunnings yes, who knew, Bunnings bedside lamps, and my #1 interior design selection - Plantation shutters with a view out to the neighbouring alpacas. The room also features an original artwork in mostly blue hues of a stunning Victorian scene reminiscent of where we took our son fishing. We didn’t catch anything but it was great fun trying!

Pumped about the King’s Coronation? We are! It could be because we are finally heading off on a preCovid trip there and within a few weeks we will have been inside, yes inside of Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Balmoral. I’ve waited my whole life and will never take travel for granted ever again. The coronation is such a huge part of our Commonwealth history. So hope our Guests have time to chill out on a couch in front of the fire and enjoy the pageantry. Totally wish I could be there myself. Happy Coronation all. Without English explorer fortitude and endeavour I wouldn’t be lucky enough to call Australia home. Celebrate it well. And we can’t wait to see what ‘Prince’ Harry does over his leave pass weekend! commonwealth

The Master bedroom is complete at BADGER HOUSE but don’t be distracted by the vivid mural. It’s the little things that count.
All of our Temple & Webster beds
have USB charging ports in the bedheads themselves with a spare lead in the bedside tables... also from T&W, of course.
