These second hand timber floorboards were salvaged from an old school by the client, we are excited to see how they turn out once sanded and cleared. Also this extension is one of two homes we are working on atm that are installing lifts in them making two storey homes much more liveable for all ages

If we were to have a favourite era to renovate and restore, Victorian home’s definitely have our heart ❤️ it takes a lot of time and energy to bring back the original charm to these old homes, but it’s the satisfaction of seeing them complete that makes it all worth it

We can’t believe this is the same room 🥰 we are so happy with the result. Lots of blood sweat and tears went into this transformation. We replastered the lining board ceilings, added extra large cornices, new ceiling rose, built in robes, fan, wall sconces, restored the original windows, restumped, insulated the ceilings and floors, restored the plaster on the double brick walls, replaced the old fire place with a marble fireplace and hearth, new carpet and sheer curtains. It certainly was a big job but so rewarding and we are very happy with the result

Vine Hill Villa progress, we can almost see the finish line for stage one of this project which is the internal renovation/restoration of this Victorian home. We have a few more stages to go after this but for now we are happy with what we have achieved as a team. Hopefully by the end of next week we will be able to show you the finished product

Grey on grey, all dark hues in our Mundy street bathroom. We must admit we are lovers of the more masculine darker tiles and cabinetry 😍 it worked well in this house as the bathroom was very spacious

The stress levels were high when installing this monster picture frame window from Acme windows, we chose the double glazed commercial grade window frame . We absolutely love the natural light that shines through in winter, relaxing on the couch in the sun looking out this window really is bliss. #bakebuild #mundystreetreno #buildingdreams
