About fotoAID

WHAT IS FOTOAID?

fotoAID began as a direct response to the tragedy of the Australian bushfire season of 2019-20. The objective was to create a series of events that would bring together the Queensland photography community in support of bushfire recovery, and to encourage conversation around the importance of Visual Journalism and photo story-telling.

WHICH CHARITY WILL BENEFIT FROM FOTOAID?

fotoAID (through the Queensland Centre for Photography) will distribute 100% of funds contributed by photographers to Registered Bushfire Charities supporting human and wildlife recovery efforts.
