Looking for an ongoing cleaning team for holiday rental apartments in Brisbane CBD.

Immediate Start!!!!

$25 - $30 per hour

10-15 hours weekly including weekends

Full training and equipment will be provided but cleaning experience is a must

Number of cleans range from 2-5 per week for each apartment.
Each clean takes approximately 1.5 - 2hrs.

We will be growing this business in the New Year to take on more apartments and other hosts so potential to increase hours.

Requirements:
* Follow COVID-19 cleaning requirements
* High attention to detail and cleanliness
* Able to style apartments according to photos.
* Restock consumables as needed
* Ability to launder linen or we can arrange a laundromat service for this
* Own car
* ABN - this could also lead to a contract part-time job for the right applicant.
* Availability between 10am and 2pm daily!!!
* Ability to accommodate last minute bookings and same day turnovers between guests
* Communicate after every clean to advise of any problems, maintenance, restocking and to confirm apartment is ready.
* Phone with internet access
* English
* References are required

- Drop and pick up linen from laundromat.

- Able to purchase and restock items when running low.

- Ability to accommodate last minute bookings and same day turnovers between guests.

- Able to stage apartments according to photos.

- Communicate after every clean to advise of any problems, maintenance, restocking and to confirm apartment is ready.

- We utilise software that advises you of a new booking and gives you access to our booking calendars so phone and internet are required.

- Attention to detail, holiday rental cleaning experience and reliability is an absolute must.
