It was out with the old split system and window rattlers. Then in with the new Mitsubishi Electric units at this Bray Park home yesterday. With the new 7kw replacing the tired old split unit in the living area and two new 2.5kw units installed into the bedrooms replacing the old window rattlers. We have another very happy client who will enjoy nice cool hom throughout the long hot summer ahead. This week has been a mixed bag of jobs from fans, air conditioners to today, one of valued clients asking us to upgrade their basic 10amp EV car charger to their new three phase myenergi Zappi charger and Harvi wireless Ct controller.

Our clients were excited to now have the new Zappi charging unit install which will allow faster charging times and paired with the Harvi ct module will see the Zappi allow maximum charging cycles while peak solar feedback is at its maximum.

Over the last few months we have been involved in this backyard transformation at this amazing home at the Bribie Island country club

We teamed up with some of the best in the business GEC Landscapes and Joel Fenton to give our clients one of most tranquil resort style makeovers i had ever seen.

As the pictures show the end result was something else and our clients could not be happier. We now move onto some inside improvements with some new fans and led upgrades to be carried out.

We recently completed this full bedroom makeover for a new Ampflow Electrical customer in Geebung. With the removal of the old fan/ light combo we gave this bedroom a modern facelift with new led downlights and Bondi fan. We also installed a new 2.5kw reverse cycle Air conditioner to keep the room nice and toastie for the cooler months ahead.

Another very happy Ampflow Electrical customer handed their keys to this amazing built two bedroom granny flat at Glasshouse.

We were involved in this build from the mains run, pre wire, power for the new septic install, all the way to final fit off and Air Conditioning.

"Simon did a complete electrical fitout on our new granny flat build. From connecting our new septic and hot water system, to installing our oven, aircon, fans and lighting etc Simon did an exceptional job. Are your smoke alarms compliant? Don’t leave it to the last minute. You could save a life!

From 1 January 2022, QLD law requires landlords to install interconnected smoke alarms in residential rental properties.

When one goes off, they all go off!

All other private homes must transition to full photoelectric interconnceted smoke alarm compliance by 2027.

If your existing smoke alarms were manufactured more than 10 years ago, they must be replaced with Australian Standards compliant photoelectric smoke alarms.

Smoke alarms that do not operate when tested must be replaced immediately, and any existing hardwired smoke alarms that need replacement, must be replaced with a hardwired photoelectric smoke alarms.
