Hello beautiful people!

Hoping you are all well and enjoying your weekend. I wanted to let you know that I am closing registrations for my .Retreats this Wednesday.

"The Elemental Journey" will be held in the origin of our beloved practice - Zen Thai Shiatsu - in Thailand.

Registrations will close Wednesday and I am offering anyone who books and puts a deposit to book between now and then a generous 20% off discount.
In this lush 7 days (7th-14th June) we will be exploring a different Chinese 5 Element each day and aligning our daily practices, activities and food with that.

Whats included:
Food daily. (organic where possible)
Daily yoga, pranayama and meditation
Trips out into nature (days on the ocean, days in amongst greenery)
2 x ice baths with breath techniques.
A day of ocean/reef conservation & education.
Group free diving/snorkelling/diving.
A full week of accomodation.
Boat transfers from Koh Samui to Koh Tao.

Byron tribe! Wrap your bodies around a board and get out there if you can!
This is devastating that this is even being considered!
But time and time again, we have evidence that the power can be taken back by the people!
Byron is such a great example of this! With campaigning for the wellness of various environmental and social challenges over the years! Like protesting against fluoride in the water (a success ~ back in the 80’s of something like that) ~ it is possible!

Our voices all matter and can make a difference when we join in chorus!

Thank you for your dedication to the land in sharing this with me and to ~ check them out for more information!

Help the protect one of the most beautiful coast lines and eco systems in the word by sharing this/spreading the word/ and if you can ~ paddling out or showing your support on the beach.

Travel can be an extremely influential teacher of connection ✨ we can have an embodied experience of our individuality, and simultaneously our fundamental sameness.
We don’t know anyone who has experienced travel widely, and not had this experience of relatability with others 🙏🏽 we all yearn for connection, for safety, for love, for joy, for health, for wellbeing - to feel liberated and expressed.
