Sunset Waters 16 offers a stunning 2-storey, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that is fully air-conditioned and self-contained. It's an excellent value for those seeking a peaceful island retreat to call their holiday home.

The kitchen features an open-plan design that flows into the dining and lounge areas, leading to a private outdoor area equipped with a BBQ. You can relax with an ocean breeze amongst the palm trees.

Hi Hamorent team

We had an absolutely wonderful time.
Such a great location, and meant that our group could easily do things together and apart during the time as everything was so accessible.
The pool at the complex was loved by the kids.

Also lovely to have the separation over 2 floors. Meant my older parents could take the top and my family took the bottom, with the kids in their own shared bedroom.
No-one was disturbed, and also meant all could have space when they needed it.

Thanks for the great service and communication.
Hamilton Island keeps drawing us back.

Cooinda Gardens 6 is on the exclusive northern side of the island. It is 2 storey spacious house within the Cooinda Gardens complex of 5 other townhouses. This is the only stand alone house in the complex and really is a beautifully cared for holiday home.

The upper level of the villa has the gorgeous living and dining area, full size kitchen with walk in pantry. The luxurious master bedroom with king bed and ensuite is also upstairs. Modern and well decorated it has high ceilings and catches a cool sea breeze. Downstairs is the second lounge room, 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th room a zip together king bed that can be split to make 2 singles. Perfect for larger family, 2 families or social groups. Bringing kids? There is an option for 4 kids to stay on foam mattresses.
The Cooinda Gardens complex also has an stunning outdoor swimming pool and gardens for its exclusive guests.

Dont forget to go for a swim with the Turtles off Catseye beach on Hamilton Island.
Best time is about 2 - 2.5 hours on the out going tide.
