Our Story

Our Pochi ma Buoni (Small but Great) pop-up regional Italian dining experiences at local cellar doors in the cool climate wine-growing region of Orange, NSW were one of the best kept and much-loved local foodie’s secrets while they ran from 2014 to 2017.

Hailing from the ‘hidden’ organic food and wine Ciociaria region in Central Italy, Paolo cooks in the ‘cucina casareccia’ style of Italian regional dining venues – where authentic, homemade meals are prepared by home cooks using fresh, local ingredients and following traditional recipes.

Our Pochi ma Buoni PopUp dining events have been in hiatus for two years while we searched for a more permanent location, and we are thrilled to say we have finally found our new home in a charming heritage venue in the historic village of Carcoar, just a 40 minute drive from Orange, Bathurst or Cowra.
