The Winery Barn started life as a functioning winery, housing steel tanks, fermenting vats and barrels. The recent transformation has created a spacious and modern retreat which retains only echoes of its working past. The industrial materials that have been retained are softened by the use of contemporary and vintage furnishings, the overall effect being one of understated chic. There are all the

A modern and very comfortable accommodation with three large rooms each with an ensuite. Suitable for couples or larger groups Accommodating up to 8 guests (3 queen beds in all rooms with our extra large upstairs room also having a queen size pull out lounge).

Pet friendly and only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Berry township and 5 minutes to the beautiful seven mile beach.

We are very used to having an abundance of bird life at The Winery Barn at Durham Park however the most recent guests are just an overload of cuteness.
These beautiful swans had their signets in our Dam and have been calling it home ever since.
Our lucky guests are loving watching them waddle on the lawn after their parents.

Last minute availability at our beautiful accommodation The Winery Barn.
Sadly our guests have had to postpone their booking making the accommodation available from Friday the 11th of February.

Offering 20% off for bookings checking in from either Friday the 11th or Saturday the 12th. Minimum 2 night stay.

Close to Wineries, restaurants and the beach, this accommodation has everything to offer for a couple, group of friends or a family wanting a getaway.

The accommodation can sleep up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with en-suites. Pet friendly with a fenced yard. Dogs are allowed into the living/dining area.

We are just swimming around here waiting for the day we can share our beautiful accommodation again…
