I love my job, and receiving photos from my clients while they are travelling, or when they get home is always special! I get to follow along, and share in their excitement of seeing somewhere totally new to them! Last week, long time clients of mine (and all round lovely people!) travelled to Vietnam, and were kind enough to send these photos for me to share. They travelled to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, a home stay in the Mekong Delta and finished off on the beach at Phu Quoc.

Last weekend I attended our annual TravelManagers conference in Cairns & have come home with lots of new knowledge & enthusiasm!
Conference opened with a surprise mini concert by Christine Anu & finished with an inspiring interview with Cathy Freeman! Chelsea Pottinger gave an amazing presentation on self care & balance, and we had the opportunity to meet with many suppliers at our trade show. From inspirational speeches from fellow TravelManagers & presentations from suppliers I have to say it’s one of the best conferences yet! Added bonus is catching up with friends & colleagues from all over the country. Had time to take in some sites too!

I'm back on deck, refreshed (now that the jetlag is gone..) and busy back at work with all your travels.
I truly did have the most amazing holiday, and I hope that my photos have inspired you to either travel to these destinations, or get out of your comfort zone and try somewhere new.
I had many "pinch me moments" - you know the ones where you have seen a city or attraction so many times in photos that when you see it in person it doesnt seem real?!? We walked, talked, ate, danced and laughed till we cried, and met some amazing people from all over the world along the way.
The moral of my story - if you can, get out there and explore. From drives to country towns not far from home, to exotic destinations all over the world - there are people to meet and places to see, and there is so much to learn from that.
