🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We LOVE hearing about the highlights of guests’ holidays at OASIS. Kitchenware and glassware is certainly a passion of mine, and we love having the extended family around for lunch when we are in town. Every time our family stays, we love the Dulwich neighbourhood even more, the cafes, convenience of the shops close by and proximity to the Adelaide city, the Parade in Norwood and Burnside Village. The perfect home away from home, beautifully hosted by . 🌴🌺🥂

The afternoon light, and delightful gully breezes. The airflow through Oasis is so wonderful, and at this time of year with the security door locked, the breeze flowing down the hallway (from the screened door at the front to the screened door at the rear) is simply delightful. The perfect aspect to capture the breeze, and enjoy the northern light in the open plan living room at the rear of the home. When the weather is too warm or cold, there is the upgraded, ducted airconditioning, providing heating and cooling, making your stay just right. 🥰🌺🌴🌟

Happy Christmas!! One of the greatest compliments a guest can give, is extending their stay or booking their next holiday to stay again. Our guests over Christmas, spent Christmas at OasisInAdelaide a couple of years ago, and we are delighted to be welcoming them back!! Over the past couple of months we have had a number of guests decide that their original booking was not enough, with each of those guests being fortunate enough to be able to double the length of their stay. One guest reporting that Oasis was so relaxing, with the kids loving the pool and everything super close by and accessible, including the local cafe across the road and village shops within a short stroll. Our guests on that occassion were in Adelaide for a wedding, but extended their stay to enjoy what they said was their most relaxing holiday in years. Being able to cook at home utilising the fully stocked kitchen, or order in, with so many easy entertaining options close by, it is such a wonderful home to enjoy time with family and friends.

The best time to plan your summer holidays for 2025 is right now, with the website already taking bookings for next Christmas.

Dulwich is such a wonderful local community, with the Dulwich Grocer open 7:30am until 9pm almost every day of the year, the local butcher shop, pharmacy, bakery, One Rundle Trading (with a range of fabulous things, homewares, clothing and accessories), several excellent cafes, beautiful Thai restaurant, delicious pizza / chicken shop, new inviting wine bar and of course the fantastic Regions bottle shop, there is everything you need. So wonderful to provide a special place for the bride or groom to be, in the lead up to their wedding day. We have had a number of guests stay in the lead up to their special day, and it is so lovely to see such precious memories being made, with their family and close friends. 🥂🍾🌴

The Lost Loaf, Plant4Bowden. Such delicious sourdough bread, plain and Fruit Loaf, and the jam donuts, everything is just so wonderful!! On a Saturday morning, at is the place to be!!

Gorgeous playgrounds and sporting ideas close to OasisInAdelaide. Rose Park Primary School, is a short stroll from Oasis. Whenever we are in town, Master Oasis is always keen for some basketball time, and it is fantastic that many South Australian school grounds are available for use outside of school hours. There is a lovely sign on the fence (will have to take a photo next trip!), which provides the times for after hours use. Rose Park Primary also has other play equipment within the grounds. For other play suggestions, there is Tree Climb Adelaide in the South Park Lands near Greenhill Rd (between Unley Rd and King William Road), the bike track at Victoria Park (coffee shops and bar nearby), Glenside Park playground (so new that I just found on the map when double checking details for Tree climb), and the cute little playground on Albert Street Dulwich. If you are staying with us a little longer, there is a toy library which operates from the Burnside library, which for a reasonably affordable joining fee, loans children’s toys. Plus we have a few games in the cupboards under the TVs. 🌴🌺🥰⛹️‍♀️🛝🥇 Let us know some of your favourite playgrounds and sporting spots.

OasisInAdelaide has a fully equipped kitchen, with a Kitchenaid mixer and blender, Breville coffee pod machine, multi-chef rice cooker and Fast Slow Pro Pressure Cooker, popcorn maker, airfryer, plus oven with a gas cook top, and a variety of crockery, baking trays, cake tins and everything you need to enjoy the comforts of home, in your holiday home away from home.

Always wonderful to arrive at Oasis and enjoy the peaceful gardens and the delightfully appointed large entertaining areas. 🌴🌴🌺🥰🌺🌴🌴

OasisInAdelaide is located just one block away from the parklands that circle Adelaide’s city centre. The red dot on the map indicates how close our home is to the CBD, while still having access to excellent restaurants and cafes close by. Dulwich Grocer is a short walk away, and Burnside Village only 4 minutes drive away (or bus from the end of our street), making it such a wonderful location to relax and enjoy, in a quiet residential street. 🌴🌴🌺🌺🥰🥰

Two king beds (and ability to create a third 🥰), our second bedroom is now a King room (upgraded from a Queen), so there is a King bed in the Master and another in the second bedroom, two king singles in the third bedroom (that can be made up as a King), and then the fourth bedroom - the bunk room, which has a double bed below and single bed on the top. Plenty of room for two families to stay, or your group of friends. Sweet dreams when you book your holiday at OasisInAdelaide. 🥰🌴🥂🍾🌺🌴🥰.

Corner Store Cafe. We were delighted to try this gorgeous, weekend only, special dish, last weekend. Wonderful to enjoy such a lovely catch up, with the perfect dish to share, the Peking Duck Eggs Benedict special. In photo, served with gluten free toast. Should really have taken a photo of the perfectly divided dish! 🤣🥰

This gem of a cafe, is located within the shortest of strolls, across the road from Oasis. I remember visiting the Corner Store Cafe the day after I first inspected Oasis, over four years ago. That morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast while reflecting that it was an amazing cafe, and that Oasis over the road, would make a wonderful Adelaide home. 🌴🍳🤩☕️🌴
