Do you believe you are enough? Or does your self talk list all the ways you fail to be "enough". Not attractive enough, not funny enough, not strong enough, not generous enough, not deserving enough... there are way too many versions of "not good enough" we repeat to ourselves, far too often.
Well guess what? You ARE enough. You really are. If you believe it or not, that's another matter altogether. We are responsible for how we feel and think about ourselves. Gosh, I could give you a long list of all the things I'm not "enough" at, but I refuse to be defined by that list! Sure, I have bad days just like anyone else. Days where I buy into the "not good enough" rhetoric without question. But when I find time to breathe and centre, I realise that it is really just false self talk. The damaging white noise that we are so used to hearing, we accept it as truth.
Try saying this: "I am enough." Look into the mirror and say it out loud. Practice. Each time you become consciously aware of a "not good enough" thought, disengage from it and say "I am enough" ❤ Say it with love. Say it with compassion. You ARE enough ❤ No need to reinvent the wheel; just keep gently reminding yourself that you are enough. That is all 😘
