It’s time for some R&R for Greg and I, we have been in heavy development and business growth for over 6 months. We are sailing to Hawaii via NZ and Tahiti, it’s a bucket list trip for me 🤩

Travel advisors, I know you have been crazy busy, but have you got some R&R planned to decompress?

Self care is really important and it can be hard to fit in, but it is vital for your emotional and physical wellbeing.

Finding time for a break may be difficult at the moment, short breaks can work well also. The cumulative benefit of multiple short breaks can outweigh longer breaks if there is less stress involved in finding the time to get away from your desk.

Look after you so that you can look after others, it’s what we’re told in every airplane safety presentation and it’s applicable to everyday life also.

This is the book that's coming on hols with me next week & I can't wait to get into it.
Mindful travel has always been important to me and it's why Tour Atlas is a platform focussing on touring. I think it's a great product that can promote mindful travel, provide an understanding of communities and how the power of travel can make changes to people's lives.
