The next participant of our retreat is Alyana Vaseyko, an experienced beautician and a nail manicurist. Alyana normally works at Black Head, however she will come to our retreat on Saturday and will pamper you with these special treatments:
- facial
- manicure/pedicure
- waxing
- eyelash and brow tinting

Alyana’s treatments are additional costs and must be booked in advance.

It’s time to introduce the participants of our wellness retreat in July.

And we start with our amazing yoga instructor, Vicky Gerken who’ll be providing yoga classes for our guests in the morning and in the evening. Depending on the weather conditions the yoga classes will be performed either inside the house, outside on our large green lawn or at the Elizabeth Beach.

Vicky is a warm, friendly and caring teacher who honours and supports individual needs. She will do her best to make your retreat memories pleasant and unforgettable.

Creating a happy fulfilled life means pursuing good daily habits that keep our body and mind healthy and brings joy to our hearts. Sharing and caring for the wider community naturally flows from this inner abundant space. Staying open to new concepts and being curious means we never stop learning and healthily expanding our minds. Continual self-exploration ensures growth whilst imagination keeps the inner child happy. Adventuring and savouring stillness in nature grounds us in the moment. Having a vision, a purpose gets us out of bed in the morning. Keep living your own unique version of self, living in truth and seeking universal truths.
