ECBAT are hosting a big event to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Opening of the Lavender Federation Trail on the 7th & 8th September 2024.
Walking & Cycling for various fitness levels, even a Colin Thiele Drive bus tour for those not able to walk far and for those a bit fitter a walk around the business district of the town listening to stories about their history and the people who use them
While you are walking - there will be stories about the district, its people and heritage.
Walks are spread over 2 days, Eudunda on Saturday and Truro, Dutton & Frankton on Sunday.

Construction Supervisor (Civil)

Are you a Construction Supervisor with hands on experience? Can you confidently oversee a multi-disciplined team in the successful delivery of a range of activities associated with Council’s infrastructure assets? If so, the Regional Council of Goyder has the job for you!

Essential Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in providing positive leadership and direction to the team
• Awareness of legislative requirements.
• Computer literacy skills
• Understanding of planning and delivery of annual works program and capital projects.
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating day-to-day operations, including the deployment, maintenance and operation of plant and equipment.
• Meet the requirements set out in the Job and Person Specification.

What we offer:
• A full-time permanent role
• Annual salary commencing at $86,149 plus superannuation
• Work vehicle (limited private use)
• Mobile phone
• 9 day fortnight
To be considered for this position, applicants must:
• be able to work permanently in Australia.
• obtain an Information Pack, which includes the Position Description and guidelines for preparing an application.

Free Breakfast catered by Goyder YAC (Youth), Live Music by Nathan Bruhn. hear about all the great things that have happened from Judy Partington (Eudunda Ward Councilor), find out who is our new Australia Day Citizens, and who has won the Tidy Towns Competitions. It's a great social morning of meeting people and celebrating that we are all Australian and in a Lucky Country.

Congratulations to our ECBAT Business Member 'Rootboot' and their team for winning the the ‘Best Australian Made Machinery’ award at the Yorke Peninsula Field Days. Well done!
Great timing to bolster what Eudunda can put forward as the many and varied things that our region is doing toward Agriculture as we are about to be judged for the Agricultural Town of the Year Awards 2023.
