s to the table. Owner Terry Nicholls participates in much of the construction of your swimming pool and personally oversees all aspects of the process to assure the best quality and finest results. Terry has a very close working relationship with the office and construction staff and is never out of the loop with anything going on with your pool, no matter how small or trivial.

To see our team recognised at the highest level left us speechless; our staff go above and beyond to provide excellence to our clients and create pools which keep pushing the boundaries. We truly do have the most unbelievable team, hardworking, dedicated but also so much fun to be with. We are supported by incredibly hardworking and loyal sub-contractors and suppliers, some who have been with us for over 20 years, without them these awards are not possible – Thank you!

Our biggest Thank You goes to Chris & Helen, the first generation, the founders of Queensland Family Pools. They have been a pillar of support as we rebranded and became the 2nd generation. Chris & Helen worked tirelessly for over 30 years to create a legacy which we could only hope to do proud. Saturday night, they were the first people we called and tears of joy were shed – “You bloody ripper!”
