Along with this EPIC playground, there’s a bunch of free events happening for kids at courtesy of these school hols! ☀️

Here’s the low-down:

Thursday 4th April: Veggie Patch Gardening Workshop
This interactive workshop introduces children to the wonders of nature, providing environmental awareness and a hands-on experience. Plants can be taken home where the children can continue to grow and maintain them using the knowledge gained through this experience. Suitable for toddlers to middle school-aged children.

Location: Peninsula Playground
Time: 9am – 1pm

Friday 5th April: Land Train

Take the Land Train from the Peninsula Playground to the Rockpools for a splash, or hop off at the Great Lawn and enjoy a picnic on the grass with the family! When you’re ready, jump back on the train and head back the Peninsula Playground!

Location: The Great Lawn to the Peninsula Playground
Time: 9am – 1pm

Sat 6 April - Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

Lots of fun with music, dance, tongue twisters, games and more! Each participant will design their own crazy cookie creation, and they can eat it then and there or take it home to enjoy. After all the fun, get a selfie with the Hatter & Alice.

Did someone say Easter Bunny?? 🐰 👀 🐣 Get down to these venues to hunt for the easter bunny and enjoy other fun Easter activities over the long weekend:

- there's an Egg-stra Special Easter Event at Sanctuary Cove. Activities are free for the whole family so come and enjoy a day of Easter shows, face painting, pony rides and arts & crafts from 10am - 3pm on Easter Sunday March 31st.

- the Easter Bunny will be in Centre on March 30 & 31 from 11am-2pm. Near the Harbour Town Eats fountain!

- Meet the Easter Bunny & Alice & join the Easter Basket Workshop - Saturday 30 March, 10am to 1pm. Just outside Coles

--Hop into Cavill Lane this Easter for live music and bunny love. Sat 30th and Sun 31st March, Capture a memory with the Easter bunny and free festive face painting from 12 to 2pm!

- Hop into the Easter spirit at The Strand on Saturday 30 March and Sunday 31 March, as the Easter Bunny pays a special visit between 10.30am - 3pm. He will be roaming around the centre!

Broadwater Parklands: Hippity hoppity, the Easter Bunny is on his way with free mini chocolate Easter eggs! Meet the Easter Bunny as he hops around Broadwater Parklands between the Great Lawn and the Rockpools for Easter Sunday. Sunday, 31 March 2024 - 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM
