The services we offer:
• Home pick-up/delivery service in the Bendigo area (cash only).
• Drop off the device yourself and pick it up when it’s done from the Easy Phone Repairs headquarters in Golden Square (Cash and card accepted). HOW TO MAKE APPOINTMENT:

HOW IT ALL WORKS:
• You make
an appointment with us.
• You like the page for a $10 discount
Then either:
• At the scheduled time, we will come to you and pick up your damaged device, repair it, and then return it to you. (this is a cash only service)
or
• You drop off the device at Easy Phone Repair’s headquarters in Golden Square, and pick it up when it’s ready. Terms and Conditions of Service:
• Easy Phone Repair encourages all customers to read our Terms and Conditions before using our services.
• Easy Phone Repair may update its Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
• Easy Phone Repair do not charge any labour fee if the device is unfixable. In this case the device will be returned in similar conditions as received.
• Easy Phone Repair may refuse a customer or cancel a repair appointment for any reason.
• Easy Phone Repair keeps all replaced/damaged parts. If the customer requests to keep the replaced/damaged part, there will be a surcharge.
• Easy Phone Repair is not responsible or liable for any loss of data. By using our services, the customer agrees that they are responsible for the back-up of their data.
• Easy Phone Repair will notify all customers by SMS/phone call/email when the device is ready for collection/delivery. If the device isn't collected within 30 days of notification, there will be a $20 surcharge. The customer has 60 days after repair to collect the device, after 60 days the device becomes the property of Easy Phone Repair.
• All the payments must be completed before or at the time of collection of the device(s) by cash, credit or debit card. The device will not be released to the customer until payment is made.
• Credit or debit card payment is only available when payment is completed at Easy Phone Repair's headquarters.
• Cash only is accepted for home pickup/delivery.
• Easy Phone Repair is not responsible for any cosmetic damage made to the device as a result of repair tools and will not be liable to refund or compensate even if the device is not repaired.
• Easy Phone Repair will only repair the parts that are agreed with the customer.
• Customers acknowledge that a repair by Easy Phone Repair may void any warranties that apply to the device being repaired.
• Customers acknowledge that turnaround time given is an estimate only.
• Repairs may include refurbished parts (home button, front-camera, proximity-sensor, speaker etc.), however, screens and batteries will always be new original parts.
• Easy Phone Repair does not guarantee pick-up and delivery schedules or repair time.
• Easy Phone Repair will ensure that any personal information disclosed will be kept confidential unless criminal activity is involved or if requested by law enforcement. Warranty:
• Warranty is at the discretion of Easy Phone Repair.
• Warranty is void if there is any physical damage to the replacement part (e.g. scratches, cracks, water-damage).
• Warranty is void if warranty stickers are tampered with.
• Warranty is void if repair is attempted by a third party.
• Warranty does not apply to anything unrelated to the original fault or replacement parts.
• Easy Phone Repair may refuse any warranty claim 30 days after repair.
