Welcome to “QuizTrivia”, the Big Screen Trivia system that turns trivia nights into trivia ‘events’. There are no boring gaps between questions.

“QuizTrivia” is a new concept in the field of trivia entertainment… easy to use, exclusive, purpose designed software which is so much more than just a power point presentation.

“QuizTrivia” is a ‘one-stop’ portable software package which plays out from the operator/host iPad – there’s no need to play songs from a separately compiled CD, no need to play DVD/digital clips from another separately

compiled source, no need to read questions from sheets of paper or a cheap power point presentation with all the problems so many individually cobbled together platforms entail.

“QuizTrivia” ensures a bigger, more entertaining show. Projected on to a big screen or TV from a portable, hand held iPad, hosts have the freedom to walk around the room interacting with players.

“QuizTrivia” is a fully integrated software package for people who want to build their own, long term trivia business…if you just need some short term cash, then this is not for you!

“QuizTrivia” allows the audio and visual clips to be replayed, (for those players who want another look or listen to the music snippet), as often as required during the question.

“QuizTrivia” is easy to use and versatile, allowing operators to run generic trivia events week in week out, or tailor made ‘one off’ shows – “QuizTrivia” allows operator input while providing a large ready made database which is constantly updated.

“QuizTrivia” is updated weekly, utilising song snippets, famous voices and importantly licensed visual clips projected onto a big screen or TV providing a stimulating focal point for both those actively competing and for the wider passive audience in the trivia club, pub or any other venue. By employing cutting edge technology, synthesising the best aspects of successful mainstream media, then taking it to an environment that already embraces the trivia concept, “QuizTrivia” is in effect a “better mouse trap”.

“QuizTrivia” can be sorted and categorised. Questions can be sorted and filtered to run specific sports, music, movie trivia events etc, or to cater to particular audience demographics, from children to the elderly.

“QuizTrivia” has a library of 100’s of fully licensed and copyright approved visual and audio clips, cleared for public performance.

“QuizTrivia” contains a built in counting down clock that maintains the pace of the event and by doing so maintains competitive tension among teams. After each round, the questions are shown again scrolling along the screen should teams want to check a question again before handing in their answers.

“QuizTrivia” each week, provides a generic 65 question, 3 round show, that runs neatly into a 2 hour format, with marking breaks between the rounds providing players plenty of opportunity to head to the bar or bistro to keep the venue tills ticking over.

“QuizTrivia” provides ready made questions to coincide with anniversaries: Celebrity birthdays and deaths, (such as Elvis, Beatles, John F Kennedy etc….) plus Christmas, Easter, Australia Day trivia etc…

We've hit another milestone...writing our 40,000th question at QuizTrivia!!
Plus more than 5500 video clips and 2500 song and audio grabs!!
Whew!!
Who knew all those years ago we'd still be going?
Of course, we couldn't do it without all the support from our fabulous QuizTrivia regulars, (and the management), each week at the Davistown RSL, Bateau Bay Bowling Club, Empire Bay Tavern, aaaannnndddd the thousands of people over the years who have helped us raise literally ten's of thousand's of dollars for charities and other community groups - you make doing what we do such a pleasure.
A HUGE thanks to all of you.

Tomorrow, (Saturday 9/9/23), Surf Life Saving Clubs around the country will be helping to raise funds in support of su***de prevention and mental health with GOTCH4LIFE's 24 hour row-a-thon. QuizTrivia regular and all-round top human MarieClare, (along with others), will be on the rowing machines for 20 minutes every hour for 24 hours! You can support her fund raising efforts by going to the GOTCHA4LIFE website, finding Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club and making a donation, or rock on down to the club and give them your vocal support in person as well.

Oh…ahh, hi…hope we didn’t startle you?
Yeah, we, umm, we understand it HAS been quite a while and that this is all kind of sudden and sort of come out of the blue but we were, you know, ummm, hoping we could still be friends?
And, yes, you’re right, you ARE right, we could have tried harder, could have put in a bit more effort. And yes, yes, we know, you're right again...it doesn’t take much to keep in touch…
But It’s us you see, not you. We’ve been pretty busy, (and again, obviously, we see it from your point of view and you’re totally correct that is NO excuse!).
Soooooo, anyway… we hope you’re well and things have been good. QuizTrivia is still thriving with big crowds each Tuesday night at the Davistown RSL, Wednesday nights at the beautiful Bateau Bay Bowling Club and Thursday’s at the mighty Empire Bay Tavern plus we’ve been holding big charity fund raisers for people like Rotary and Zonta and schools all over the coast and…and stuff like that.
Well that’s about it…we hope we can see you again sometime…maybe even this week? Why if we did, well then that’d be, well that’d be just swell!
Remember that’s 7pm Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s and 7.30pm Thursday’s, and if you wanted us to run a fund raiser for you, you know, just jump on the website and let us know.

We sincerely hope that Santa has been good to all our weekly competitors, the management and floor staff, (sorry for the mess guys!)
