This is the most visibility we had for most of the afternoon/night yesterday.

Doing 80km an hour with 10metres visibility at night will make you hold onto your precious bits.

It's amazing that we didn't have more cars off the road.

Checking in!

A quick stop into Quilpie for a beer.

The trip so far has been epic. Yesterday was a huge day with noone pulling in before nightfall.

After a quick pitstop, we are off to Windorah for the night.

So far the car has held up well. We have collected a few more warning lights, so we'll see if we can get the whole set before Alice Springs.

Today, we're acknowledging The Pavilion Goulburn — our home away from home!. Their pizzas are legendary and we talk about them to anyone who will listen. We tried their new winter dinner menu before we left and man the food speaks for itself - bloody amazing!. They also do breakfast, lunch and cocktails also 👍.

To Maria & Peter, Tori & George, and Anastasia & Laz we know you are always quietly supporting local causes in Goulburn, and always without wanting any acknowledgement or fuss. DAY 3 - ROUTE AND STOP OVER CHANGE SILVERTON, NSW TO HUNGERFORD, QLD

We were heading to Tibooburra however, due to roads being closed north of Tibooburra, we are now off to Hungerford. Wish us luck - could be all dirt today. Two hubcaps are the only casualties so far 😅.

On the start of the second day of the we owe a huge thanks to Auto One Goulburn for their donation of essential parts that got our trusty vehicle on the road, and able to head on this rally - especially 392kms of unsealed road today 😅.

We were truly amazed by their generosity and now know exactly where our $$ will be spent in the future. As their bio states - "We have a passion for cars and all things automotive. Morning! We're ready at the start line.

Today we'll be heading to Hay. All of it on sealed roads, which will be a luxury compared to what's headed for us!

What a day!
This morning, we began our trip by heading off to Melbourne.
A few wee stops along the way, a look at Glenrowan to see Ned and thennn, the engine light came on.

We figured it's not blinking and the car sounded ok, so ignorance is bliss! meh!.

We've just met our buddy group, had our drivers briefing and are now off to bed, ready for the morning.
