Not only that; it is our first fully off grid home, and full solar passive design. The team can't wait to start the framing this week!

I am very excited to announce that I took out Master Builders Queensland Rising star award at this month's ceremony! This award follows on from the Master Builders Sunshine Coast ceremony in August and I am humbled to be recognised at this level.

Todd is a strong leader who is onsite daily working through challenges with his team. He prides himself on providing work-life balance for the team and has implemented nine-day fortnights and mental health days, subsequently increasing productivity.

Todd creates a tailored approach for each individual client and works closely to design, quote, and deliver unique homes, providing clear communication throughout the process, while demonstrating quality workmanship. He has developed relationships with key stakeholders and has put through three apprentices working with the local TAFE.

On Friday night Alicia and I were lucky enough to attend the Sunshine Coast Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards for 2023. There were some incredible builds showcased and some very talented people recognised.

I was very proud to walk away with the Rising Star award that recognises an individual’s achievements and current progression as an emerging builder in the industry. This award would not be possible without the support of my family and clients past and present.

We have been very busy here the last month!

- Two handovers have been completed
- The roof and cladding have been installed on our latest renovation/extension.
- We have now adopted a 9 day fortnight with every second Friday a day off
- Two building contracts signed and ready for commencement

The team at ACP are ready and excited to see what the second half of the year brings!

Our clients brief was short and simply for this project; "they did not want to be seen from the road and the house needed to sit into the hill side."

With our precision made terraces and 186 truck loads of dirt removed from this sloping block, I believe we achieved it!

A sneak peek of our last custom design, custom built home that we completed in 2022. Great timing for our clients to move into their beautiful home before Christmas.

This home is perfectly nestled between the gum trees; it comes with a plunge pool, sandstone clad fireplace and a 8.8 star energy rating!!
