As winter is well and truely here and it’s nearly school holidays, here is a yummy treat the kids can easily make themselves. Any one of our Flavourista chocolate powders are delicious in this sweet treat.

Mug Cakes!!!
Great treat for the kids to make during the holiday when it’s cold and wet. Recipe is in pic 2 and you can use any Flavourista Chocolate powder you like. I use butterscotch topping instead of vanilla topping.

Hearty Cottage Pie for dinner on this cold night.
I used French Twist Onion, Veggie Normous and Field mushroom salt in the meat and then Toastie on top of the mash and cheese.
Absolutely delicious.

Perfect to drizzle on The Queen’s favourite pancake recipe:

INGREDIENTS
4 tea cups flour
4 Tbsp caster sugar (or ❄️Snowflake Chocolate Powder)
2 teacups milk
2 whole eggs
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp melted butter

DIRECTIONS
Beat eggs, sugar (or Chocolate Powder) and about half the milk together.
Add flour and mix well together, adding the remainder of milk as required.
Add bicarbonate and cream of tartar, then fold in the melted butter.
Heat a frying or griddle pan with some melted butter in.
Pour in two or three large spoonfuls of the batter (make sure they don't touch each other) – these will be your drop scones or "Scotch pancakes".
When batter is bubbling on top, flip over each drop scone.
They are ready when each side is slightly browned.
Serve with diced, fresh strawberries and drizzle with Toffee Apple Balsamic
