Super challenging but will give you the desired effect: lean, strong & powerful triceps along with a strong supportive core
Give it a try, lower yourself to the ground, gluing your elbows to your ribs, contract your core & triceps and push yourself back up. Be sure that your back does not arch at the bottom if it does try them on your knees and keep developing your core strength.... Before you know it you'll master them on your toes ###

Just reposting this HIIT/Leg workout for my girls, this is your training homework for today or tomorrow
80 reps of each exercise
-high knee skips
-right pulsing lunges
-left pulsing lunges
-mountain climbers
-pulsing squat jumps
Repeat with 60-40-20 reps
Remember 3-4 workouts minimum to make real changes so give it a crack and don't forget to stretch ☺️ ###

The best way to really make a dent in those goals is to be prepared.
For any significant change you need to be training a minimum of 3-4 times a week.
Here's a little HIIT/booty burner you can do at home
80 x
• high knee skips
• right pulsing lunges
• left pulsing lunges
• mountain climbers
• pulsing squat jumps
Then repeat the sequence with 60 reps, 40 reps & 20 reps
Write this one down and add it to your training this week.
Don't forget adequate protein intake, healthy fats & H20 ###

Just by adding a little variation to your every day sprawl (burpee) and HIIT routine... Combine this upper back exercise with a resistance band.
After years of being pregnant & breast feeding my shoulders have definitely rounded and I now have a winged scapula. This exercise has helped me the most... Another variation is to hold the contraction for 5 seconds for a set of 10. Do this about 3 times a day and you'll lengthen that beautiful body back to how it was☺️

I used to be able to master this exercise slow & controlled on the concentric & eccentric phase... Time to get back to where I was before 3 kids I think.
