Imagine Outdoor Training Imagine Outdoor Training was created for females of all ages and fitness levels to achieve anything they can Imagine physically, mentally and emotionally.

We not only train your body, we train your mind!!! Imagine has a dedicated range of clientele who train on a regular basis at Terrigal Beach and Haven, they put their bodies through vigorous training sessions, constantly challenging and enhancing their mental strength as well as giving their bodies back the respect it deserves. I have 5 years Personal Training experience, qualifying as a Senior Tr

ainer through the Australian Institute of Fitness, I also hold a certificate in Diet and Nutrition, and Core Assessment. I have competed for 7 years as a professional Trampolinist training an average of 20 hours a week under distinguished Coach Nikolay Zhuravlev. I have represented NSW in all 7 years at National Championships, as well as representing Australia in Youth Olympics and World Age Games, with my best achievement being a 4th place finish at Youth Olympics. Throughout my training I developed a thorough appreciation of the strengths and abilities of the human body and the power the mind has over it. I combine my knowledge and personal experiences to guide my clients down a path of personal achievement and balanced lifestyles.

I just love it when my girls have gone through an hour of intense training with minimal rest periods and getting even stronger as the hour goes and then I let them know they have finished but they have an option of 100 tricep dips & a skillion if they'd like - what happens next - everyone takes up the dip challenge - you girls are insanely amazing - be proud of yourselves tonight - absolutely incredible training by all.... Bring on our summer fitness, every year it just gets better n better 👊💕

Well I'm super happy to let you know that it will be up & running again starting the 29th of August, 8am @ Terrigal Skillion 👊😍
I can't wait to be starting every weekend with you helping you smash those Spring time goals on our favourite hill 😉

Olives:

- they are a great protection against anaemia 👌

Who's ready to sweat??? Me! Me! Me! Much needed after the day I've had... I prefer to train my mind through training my body instead of passing out on the couch, it doesn't always work that way with kids but it certainly is what works the best and the fastest 😊👊💜 so bring it on... Hope you're all feeling better after your training today or are excited about how much better you're going to feel post training 👍 ###

My beauties managed to get their sweat on out on the beach last night👊 instead of sitting on the couch in front of the heater..... Internally warm that body up, get the blood flowing, oxygen circulating, skin glowing, metabolism boosting, body sculpting & state of mind thriving ✨
The hardest part is making that decision to move your body... I assure you it's one commitment you will never regret. Your body deserves the best, we trash it on a regular basis with poor nutrition, not enough exercise, too much stress, too much work, not enough sleep, too much alcohol, the list goes on... Start rewarding yourself with a fun and challenging workout 3-4 times a week and you'll notice you won't want to trash it nearly as much, your relationship with your body will be strong & respectful & worth the investment👌

I find most people enter the weekend content with their workouts & nutrition throughout the week so they give themselves the whole weekend off training & healthy habits... There's no shame in resting and recouping however more than one day off in a row often leads to the return of bad habits and it makes the struggle to get back on that bike come monday a lot harder.
My advice would be to try and fit in a fast pace but short workout somewhere in your weekend (Saturday morning even better😝) and keep at least 4 out of your 6 meals for saturday & Sunday 'normal' and balanced instead of sabotaging yourself upon every meal. You'll have more energy to get you through your weekend antics & you'll enjoy the 'naughty' foods a lot more without all of the guilt & food hangover.

All this aside, enjoy your weekend, have fun & don't hate on yourself if you mess up, Monday Is only 2 days away 😉 ###
