Here is a quick rundown on what we provide at Bella Boutique 🥂

Brand new appliances & furniture throughout. 3 double sized bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds & pillow top mattresses.

Master includes walk in wardrobe & ensuite. Each bedroom has their own wall mounted smart TV, air conditioning unit, and block out curtains for your comfort.

Light & bright kitchen with dishwasher, SMEG espresso machine & kettle. Samsung fridge with chilled water dispenser, cooking & baking kitchen utensils, salt, pepper & spices included for you to cook if you opt for a night in.

Laundry consists of Bosch Washer & Dryer, along with Iron & clothes steamer for your convenience. Professional large working from home space / office with well appointed desk, seating and sofa (that converts to a double bed).

Outside you will find a lovely large entertaining area with 4 burner BBQ and dining for 6-8, there is also a cubby house for the little ones to play. Ambient built-in deck lighting and ramp access.

Beautiful airy open living area with 65” Samsung smart TV, books, toys for kids & games for adults.
Secure remote controlled double garage and free off street parking.
