Upon disembarking from my Alaska cruise aboard the NCL Encore in 2022, I left my luggage in storage at Seattle airport (my flight put was late at night) and proceeded to attend my first-ever NFL game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Arizona Cardinals. The atmosphere was absolutely electric, and while I initially lacked a full understanding of the sport, I have since become a devoted Seahawks fan. Attending an NFL game is a fantastic addition to any holiday, whether it's football, basketball, ice hockey, or any other major sporting event—each offers a unique and exciting experience.

Here's a fun and tropical cruise cocktail idea for your next sailing adventure:

Tropical Sunrise 🌅
Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Rum (white or coconut rum)
3 oz Pineapple juice🍍
1 oz Orange juice 🍊
½ oz Grenadine
Ice
Maraschino cherry (for garnish) 🍒
Orange slice (for garnish) 🍊
Instructions:

Fill a glass with ice. 🧊
Pour in the rum, followed by pineapple juice and orange juice. Stir gently.
Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass; it will sink and create a layered “sunrise” effect.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
Perfect for sipping by the pool or on a sunset cruise! This colorful and refreshing drink captures the essence of a tropical getaway. 🍹

What an amazing ship 😍 although I have not had the opportunity to sail on her I have had a ship inspection during her 2024 Australia season!!! Totally did not disappoint and the feedback from clients has been phenomenal 🛳️⚓️🏖️
