Introducing James Tyzzer 🙌

James joined the Winstar team this year as a full-time qualified carpenter!

James is very professional and polite fella, who always gets compliments for his exceptional customer service.

Introducing Mock Weston

Mock started with the Winstar team early 2022 and is based in Bendigo working along side the team and completing projects throughout this area.

Mock has a very cheeky smile who is mature beyond his years. He has a can do attitude & more than happy to give everything & anything a go.

Mock is now into his 4th & final year of his apprenticeship honing his skills to come a well rounded carpenter.

Mark Henricksen aka Henry the Octopus 🐙

Henry started with the Winstar team early 2022. Mark is based in Maryborough but joins the Bendigo crew on a daily basis.

Mark hasn’t come from a carpentry background but boy are we happy to have him in our corner. Something along the lines of “Jack of all trades”.

If you can find a better bloke than Henry I’ll eat my hat.

Introducing Mitch Farmer.

Mitch started with the Winstar team earlier this year.

Mitch is kicking more goals for the company than he has his whole footy career.

Mitch is our Project Manager for the Geelong - Bellarine - Surf Coast. We are absolutely thrilled to have him as part of our team, especially with his previous construction experience which has brought exceptional knowledge to our team.

Mitch’s happy go lucky attitude makes him a pleasure to work with & we can’t wait to see what you do with the company.

Maree has extensive experience in insurance building repairs, systems & processes.

Being based in Bendigo, Maree’s roles include job allocation, managing & scheduling trades along with running desktop projects.

Maree’s kind and beautiful nature makes her an absolute joy to work with! She is a powerhouse & gets everything sorted with great attention to detail.

INTRODUCING TY JONES

Ty joined the Winstar team in January 2022.

Ty is the pretty face that heads up our Bendigo zone. Being a senior project manager this has given us the opportunity to take on more projects throughout Bendigo & surrounding regions.

His calm experienced nature has been a huge asset to the Winstar team. Having local knowledge gives us an advantage to grow with these areas.

Ty is a laid back, funny, much loved team member who has a calm, can do attitude & gets it done.

We are so excited to see what we can do with Ty on our team, if he ever returns from his honeymoon!

TOM RIDSDALE

Tom joined the Winstar team in 2021 as a full time, fully qualified builder.

Tom has an incredible work ethic & his skill has allowed us to take on projects in the Horsham zone with our full confidence.

He is a mentor to our younger staff (& older) who absolutely love working with him & we couldn’t be more pleased & appreciative that we have Tom on our team.

In saying all that, he is an absolute larrikin who knows how to have a good time. We have plenty of stories but we will keep those behind closed doors.

Michelle joined the Winstar team in 2021 as a full time employee for the administrative team.

Michelle is in charge of allocating jobs to our staff members, scheduling trades, invoicing, organising suppliers, point of contact for our clients & much, much, more. Not many of our clients wouldn’t have spoken with Michelle & I’m sure they enjoy her banter as much as we do.

Chell is a true superwoman & handles her high pressure job with exceptional skill, knowledge & care.

Chell has a very impressive background in business and with this, she has been a huge help to fine tune a lot of our processes & systems to the working order they are in today!

We absolutely love having you part of the Winstar team & you are so appreciated.

Not a day goes by we don’t get to have a good laugh with you Michelle & we all adore you, our go to gal 😌

Meet Ben Janetzki!

Ben started with Winstar in 2020 as a school based apprentice. We could not have been more appreciative and impressed with Bens work ethic & passion for the job. In 2021 we offered Ben a full time apprenticeship & to join the Winstar team, he has been an absolute asset to the team since then.

Ben is a reliable work mate, has shown outstanding skills & always wanting to learn. We couldn’t be more proud to have Ben as our first apprentice.

Birdy was our first full time employee & now has had a huge role managing Horsham & district jobs.

Sarah Miller is one of the Winstar originals.
Sarah joined the team back in 2018, initially just to pay a few bills. Come 2022, Sarah now heads up the payroll, invoicing, accounts, & many, many miscellaneous tasks. But her FAVOURITE task, Christmas Party planning! 💃🏼 🎉 🎈
