2024 Bus passes with no changes for those students attending IPS, IHS, RHS, HTS, MHS and Gum Flat Public schools, can now be collected from 25 Brissett Street 8-4pm weekdays. If you are unable to collect your childs pass please call 67223598 to confirm your childs details or email [email protected]. Any applications made during holidays won’t be processed until school returns.

DIESEL MECHANIC/SUPERVISOR INVERELL
We are currently looking for a qualified diesel mechanic to join our team.
Primary responsibilities will include the regular servicing program of buses and coaches as well as day to day maintenance and repairs.
The successful applicant will be trade qualified and be experienced with heavy vehicles. You will need a Heavy Rigid license (or willing to obtain)

🦺🚧 NOTICE OF ROADWORK - INTERSECTION OF GWYDIR HIGHWAY, CHESTER STREET AND BUNDARRA ROAD
Roundabout construction work will be undertaken at the above intersection, commencing mid February and continuing until November 2022.

During this time traffic conditions will be varied depending on the stage of construction being undertaken. For the majority of the construction works, Chester Street will be closed at the highway and access for residents will be from Mansfield Street, or other streets from the north-east. Detours will be in place for through traffic.

🚨 The highway and Bundarra Road will be under traffic control and traffic lights for the majority of the construction project.

Remember to take extra care around buses as children make their way to and from school.
• When buses stop, children can be nearby. Whether bus lights are flashing or not, it’s best to slow down.
• Look out for children on footpaths or crossing the street, especially around schools, buses and bus stops.
• Leave plenty of space when you’re driving or stopped around buses, to keep children safe and improve bus drivers’ vision of the road environment.
