🍋SURPRISE YUZU.🍋This dessert is actually disappearing soon because yuzu season is wrapping up. But for the last weeks, I've been trying a little social media experiment to keep this guy hidden. It's been on the 7 course set menu but I call it a "surprise" as its not physically written on any menu, and for its fun delivery at the table.

I started to really love the idea this yuzu dessert could be like a super special secret treat only for 7-course diners. As , I feel like those diners give the kitchen such a remarkable expression of trust and adventure - and that deserves some extra specialness at times

So next time you are in Pipit, consider the 7 course...because you never know what you might find on it!

DEMAND GROWS FOR PASTURE-RAISED POULTRY AND PORK 🐓🐓🐖🐖👨‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾

Georgina Goddard and Morgwn Wilkie had careers as architects and builders before they decided to throw their heart and soul into a life on the land with Brooklet Springs Farm in the Byron hinterland.

For two years the couple have been raising organic chickens and heritage pigs on pasture. They sell at local farmers' markets, to restaurants and butchers here and in Sydney and Brisbane, and sell online shipping poultry and pork right across the country.
