Love Love Love.... 2 amazing organisations targeting many difficult issues facing those who live in Vic Falls.. so happy to play a small part with both of these organisations!!

🌿 Empowering Women, Protecting the Planet & Educating the Next Generation 🌿

We are proud to share our ongoing partnership with the wonderful organization, Ele-collection! 💚 Together, we’re creating lasting change for both people and the planet.

Through this partnership, we provide young women with the opportunity to join Ele-collection’s picking teams. These opportunities help them earn a fair wage, gain independence, and build a brighter future. 🌟 Our goal is to reduce unwanted marriages, combat gender-based violence, and support the success of young women and girls in our communities. 🙌👩‍🦰👩‍🎓

But that's not all—we’re working to encourage conservation education for young girls and boys, focusing on plastic reduction, waste management, and recycling. ♻️ These initiatives are critical as we aim to create a more sustainable future for the next generation.

Ele-collection leads the way in plastic recycling, turning waste into aggregates, which are mixed with concrete to produce eco-friendly bricks. 🧱🏗️ By reducing plastic waste and promoting green building, we're making strides in both community development and environmental protection. 🌍💪

There have been a few changes to the cost of my program due a new accommodation being available to me which now includes all meals :)

4 brothers grooming, purring and enjoying the shade whilst they wait to listen/ smell something to chase to eat…..

These 4 brothers were released in the Kalahari a few years ago and were collared due to need to monitor them as they came from a “farm” with no lions…

As the study comes to and end these 4 brothers have shown that they can survive in an area with natural predators like lions, hyena and leopard!

It has been so great to witness these amazing animals over the last 2 years with this trip being my 3rd visit.

Working with Wildlife do so much for conservation management and this is just one example.
