ICONIC ANZ BANK OSBORNE PARK - gets a well deserved new facade.
Building owner (Peter Wells) engaged Vision Clad to carry out a complete building facade renovation to this Iconic landmark.
Built in the 80's the original facade was failing and in desperate need of major remedial works.
Vision Clad carried out a thorough building inspection and determined that the original building envelope could be used as a sacrificial rain skin. We installed a framing system over existing and brand new Aluminium Nucleo 100% Non Combustible panels with wet sealed mastic joints.
The middle section of building given the design, raking ledges, curved entry statements of building posed enormous logistic access challenges. However our talented crew led by my business Partner Brent and caulking team carried out and completed an outstanding quality finish.

AUTOMALL OSBORNE PARK
Vision Clad Australia continues to lead our industry with the supply, manufacture and installation of 100% non combustible panels throughout WA.
The old North City Holden site in Osborne Park has been demolished to make way for the Multi Branded super motor dealership.
Ford, Nissan, BYD, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Jeep, and Cherry will soon be open for business in this well designed and built state of the art motor complex.

VISION CLAD'S FACADE RENOVATION PROJECT COMPLETION.

87-89 Guthrie Street Osborne Park.

Vision Clad has completed the facade renovation project at 87 -89 Guthrie street Osborne Park.
The project included the installation of a new modern contemporary facade with 100% non combustible aluminium panels, a lift and balconies.
The project was done in collaboration with Ross Genovese, the property owner, and Kerry (Kyria Design) who prepared the design documentation. The project is an example of Vision Clad's commitment to quality and their ability to deliver state - of - the - art properties.

Credit to Ross who has transformed this quality 70's Guthrie Street Osborne Park beauty, originally built by Ross's late Dad into a state of the art modern office, industrial property.

Ross and Vision Clad's business relationship has now completed 4 projects and will soon commence another one.

Settled on Burk Drive Attadale, we have given this home a new lease of life. Installing Non Combustible panels over the front pool masonry walls has transformed this home. Now for some feature screens and slats to complete this first stage.
Stage 2 clad the high level fascias and soffits will make this home look like it was built in 2023.
We can in most cases clad over old failing building materials like (render, cement sheet, timber etc) without disturbing or exposing the inside to risk of security and or inclement weather.

Centuria New WA Head Offices - Bannister Road Canningvale.
We have just competed this massive warehouse.
Ultracore IQ Aluminium NON combustible panel on all the fascia, soffit and wall cladding.
Aluminium vertical feature wall fins (11000mm tall x 400mm wide) installed to the warehouse colourbond wall sheeting.
Another great Project delivered by VCA.

Is solid aluminium panels really the best solution for new and re -clad remediation facade projects.
Based on these photos which is becoming all to common nationally, then in my opinion i don't think so.
Solid aluminium panels that are a rectangular in shape, dark coloured, and those fabricators who chose to V - groove in lieu of brake press folds installed with no stiffeners are going to end up looking like this.
Maybe its time to ponder if global distributors who jumped to solid panels post the UK Grenfell disaster were simply a knee jerk reaction to have a product to sell ??.
The Australian stance to ban laminated products with little or no research or knowledge on the complex issue did not help either.
HOWEVER
Test results and all the facts will still demonstrate that the laminated NON COMBUSTIBLE products are the safest and optimum products to use on all facades from low to high rise.

Ironically we could be cladding the buildings clad with solid all over again

We completed this job approx 9 years ago. I happen to drive by the other day and the facade looks as new as the day we completed it.

Hyundai Osborne Park. We completed this very complex tear drop facade approx 4 years ago.

Hyundai Australia told me the 4 WA Hyundai dealerships completed by Vision Clad were the best workmanship they have seen globally.
This Osborne Park site has recently been demolished to make way for the new Porsche - VW motor showroom.
Watch this space.

The quality of this façade was as new as the day it was installed.

Quality does last for ever, if it doesn't need to make way for another project.
