CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE
It can be a book but in this case it is bottomless pit of adventure you can choose on the Sunshine Coast and in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Find trails for walking, cycling, riding, paddling. While at the Woodford Folk Festival, ponder its Maleny beginnings.

The Folk Festival operated yearly at the Maleny Showgrounds from 1987.
Interesting history of the festival in this newspaper clipping dated 1994 after the festival organisers purchased 100 hectares to relocate to Woodford.

IT’S WOODFORD TIME
The Woodford Folk Festival gets underway today, Friday 27 December, 2024 until Wednesday 1 January, 2025. Held at Woodfordia, Woodrow Road,Woodford, It is the largest gathering of artists and musicians in Australia. It’s just a half hour drive down the hill from Maleny, a perfect day out if you want to add it to your holiday experience.

Bins out now if you are a Wednesday collection. Last minute Christmas Eve job!

🗑️🎄 CHRISTMAS BINS - if Wednesday is your bin day, please remember to put your bins out the night before.

On Christmas Day (25 December), our drivers are starting earlier than usual so they can get home to their loved ones as quickly as can be.

Shout out to our drivers and teams behind the scenes, who keep things running over the holiday break!

✔️🗑️ Bins are emptied 365 days a year, even on public holidays.
