With plenty of room for a family or group of up to 6 people, or cosy enough for just a couple, Estuary Views is ideal for your holiday. Prices start from only $239 With ocean beaches to the west and estuary waters on the east, both just minutes away—you can spend the rest of the day and early evening lazing on the long and leisurely verandah overlooking the estuary. If the weather is not so kind, there is plenty of lounging room in the two living zones, plus another separate private lounge. And the inviting private indoor pool will entice you to take a dip at any time of the day or night. All scenarios are covered!
Accommodation for up to 6 guests is available in 4 bedrooms, with ensuite to the main, and a second bathroom including a bath and shower. The large kitchen has all the necessities ready for you to make your own meals, or you may like to pop around the corner for a great meal at the “The Lazy Crab”. Local shops are just a few minutes drive, and Mandurah offers plenty for the more serious shopper, 20 minutes away.
Play at The Cut golf course just 7 minutes drive away!
Secure car parking is provided in the double lockup garage with a roomy paved yard with parking space for a small boat.
Boat launching into the estuary from Park Ridge boat ramp only 1km away.
