First month, and we've hit close to 90% occupancy! 🥳

Wow, this is an unbelievable outcome, beyond expectations, really! I remember getting two bookings within one hour of going live. During the set up process, you'd never know how people would perceive the place, so I I felt "vindicated" right after these bookings! 🙏

Chef-style kitchen, with chef-quality cookware and utensils 🍳 !

Stainless steel for a kitchen benchtop is not a common material in a regular household. Over the years, I've come to love it due to its practicality. Not to mention it's very fitting with the industrial theme of the loft!

Finally...first bedroom reveal 💫 !

Yes you got it! This looks quite different compared to the other Sol properties: dark, bold and industrial 🪵 However, the classic Sol comfort is still incorporated using soft beddings, linen cushions, comfy mattress and Sheridan towels.

This bedroom also features a double wardrobe and a work from home station ☀️

Sol Docklands is going live early August...keep your eyes peeled 👀
