I first created as "Coast Escapes" in 2015, I built a solid reputation to ensure both owners & guests have a positive and vibrant experience. I have experience holiday letting my own home therefore allowing me to experience the industry from both a guest & owner perspective. Ensuring each property is up-kept is imperative along with a strong eye for detail to ensuring guests have the best stay an

d experience and the owners investment is cared for to ensure maximum return. I have a strong reliable team working along side me as well. From house keepers to gardeners all properties are in good caring hands. A sense of ownership & a hands on approach is key. Vetting guests to ensure suitability for each home & guest is a priority so the experience of renting a home is as enjoyable as possible. We will also handle the collection and return of the security bond. We offer a full Property Management system to owners of properties on the Southern Mornington Peninsula who wish to holiday lease out their property.
